Description of ServiceDNA Estimator offers an application that analyzes a user-submitted photo to estimate genetic composition via our AI model, Grok. The App is intended for entertainment and educational purposes only. Please note that the results provided by the App are AI-generated estimates and are not intended to serve as accurate or scientific genetic analysis. These results should not be used as a substitute for professional genetic testing or medical advice. The results are based purely on the AI's analysis of visual features and are not a reflection of your actual genetic composition.4. User Account

• Account Creation: To use certain features of the Service, you might need to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.
• By submitting photos or other content through the App, you grant DNA Estimator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Service. This license is also used to develop new services and features.
• Note: DNA Estimator does not store any photos or user-generated content. The photos you submit are processed solely to generate the DNA estimate and are not retained once the analysis is completed.

5. Use of the Service

• License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use only.
• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

6. App Tracking TransparencyThe DNA Estimator app utilizes Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. This means that if the app wishes to track your activity across other companies' apps and websites for advertising purposes, it will ask for your permission before doing so. You can manage these settings in your iOS device under Privacy & Security > Tracking, where you can allow or deny tracking on a per-app basis or disable all tracking requests entirely. We respect your privacy choices and do not track your activity without your explicit consent.

The compilation of all content on the Service is the exclusive property of DNA Estimator and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.8. User ContentBy submitting photos or other content through the App, you grant DNA Estimator a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in connection with providing the Service. This license is for the limited purpose of operating, promoting, and improving our Service, and to develop new ones.9. Privacy

We do not store or retain any photos submitted for analysis. All photos are processed solely for the purpose of generating your genetic estimate. Once the analysis is completed, the photos are discarded, and no personal data is stored or linked to the image. We do not share or sell any user data or analysis results to third parties.  10. TerminationWe reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Material changes will be identified, and users will be prompted to accept the updated Terms if required. 11. DisclaimersThe DNA Estimator app uses artificial intelligence to analyze submitted photos and generate genetic composition estimates. These results are based on AI analysis and should not be considered scientifically accurate. They are purely for entertainment, educational, or novelty purposes, and should not be used to make health, genetic, or personal decisions.

Limitation of LiabilityIN NO EVENT SHALL DNA ESTIMATOR, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (I) YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE; (II) ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE; (III) ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE; AND (IV) UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT.13.
